How to delete a Form in Refrens
You can easily delete a form if you no longer require it in Refrens.
To delete an existing form, just go to your Forms Dashboard > click on the "More" options for the form you want to delete > select "Delete".
What happens when you delete an existing form?
The Form will no longer load on any live external pages or links.
Previous submissions data cannot be exported - but will all leads and contacts generated will remain in the relevant records.
New submissions to the Form will not be accepted.
Before you delete an existing form that is embedded into your website and landing page, make sure you remove the form or replace it with another form.
